Calling all ladies! Come and join in with some summer games at Rushmere!
There will be four sessions beginning this Wednesday 21st July at 7pm, with activities planned for the following three weeks; Wed 28th July, Wed 4th Aug and finally Wed 11th Aug.
Don't worry these are not fitness or skills sessions, they are just an opportunity to get together, play some different games and have some fun.

A big thank you to all those IES members and the guest teams from Ipswich and Felixstowe HCs, who contributed donations totalling £605 after the event on June 6th.
This sum will be passed in full to the Breast Cancer Care charity, nominated by Richard’s family.
We should also like to acknowledge with thanks the provision of the Tuddenham Road pitch for the day, free of charge, by Ipswich Sports Club. Continue reading ...

This years Richard Gray Memorial Tournament will be held at Tuddenham Road on Sunday 6th June 2010, we have the pitch from 10am - 5pm and the tournament will follow the same format as last year. We have at least 5 teams for the Richard Gray Tournament and the Captains / teams are: - Graham Ramsden - Chairman's XI

- Steve D'Boltz - Herne Bay
- Jake Charles
- James Nayler

The next social event is on Friday, 16 April 2010 and is the quiz night which is usually a very popular event. Teams of up to 6 and can include anyone. Dear IES Ladies, My old club in Scotland runs this tournament annually. I have been asked by the President of LLHC if any ladies from IES would like to attend. My lovely husband David has agreed to hire the army mini-bus which only he is insured to drive.
