What is the food?
Guests with food tickets will be presented with a voucher on arrival which can be exchanged for either:
* A personal hand-made stone baked pizza, with a side of potato wedges
* A selection of BBQ mains and salads
There will be vegetarian options for both. If you have other dietary requirements please advise Naomi Sharpe, Joe Walton or Moira Bryan as soon as you purchase your tickets.

What else is included in the ticket price?
All tickets include the following:
* A choice of alcoholic (over 18s only) or non-alcoholic welcome drink on arrival
* A variety of entertainment
* Awards ceremony, presentations and speeches
* DJ from 9.30pm
* Saxophonist performance from 10.30pm
Food tickets also include choice of pizza or BBQ as described above.

How do I buy tickets?
Order on Pitchero, options for adult/student, food/non-food, and pay in full/pay in instalments. If you are unable to order through Pitchero for any reason, contact Moira Bryan

What is the dress code?
“Dress to impress” - this is intentionally up to interpretation as we want everyone to be comfortable. Despite the food being more relaxed than past events, it is still an opportunity to dress up & celebrate our efforts & successes this year - we will be presenting our club awards along with some speeches.

Can I bring family/friends?
Yes, the event is open to non-members. Please order as many tickets as you need on Pitchero.

Is there seating / a table plan?
There will be open seating for you to relax, enjoy your food and drinks, and take a break from dancing! There will not be a table plan, although it is encouraged that during the awards ceremony players sit with the teams they played with during the season.
